A note on refunds

The explanations and information provided on this page are intended to clearly communicate our refund standards and expectations. This policy exists to promote transparency and fairness while allowing our programs to operate sustainably. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

Refund Policy

Centertainment Performing Arts programs require advance planning, space reservations, staffing, licensing, and production costs. For this reason, enrollment fees and tuition are generally non-refundable once a session has begun.

By enrolling in a class, workshop, or production, families acknowledge that they are reserving a spot that cannot easily be filled once the program is underway.

Program enrollment refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Registration fees, tuition, and production fees are non-refundable after the program start date
Missed classes, rehearsals, or performances are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-ups
Role dissatisfaction, casting outcomes, scheduling conflicts, or changes in interest do not qualify for refunds

If a program is canceled by Centertainment Performing Arts before it begins, families will receive a full refund or credit.

Ticket sales & performance refunds

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for missed performances, late arrivals, or changes in personal plans
Lost or unused tickets are not eligible for refunds

If a performance is canceled by Centertainment Performing Arts and not rescheduled, ticket purchasers will receive a refund or credit at our discretion. If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date.

Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases involving serious illness, injury, or unforeseen emergencies, refund or credit requests may be considered at our discretion. Any exception is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Documentation may be requested.

Acknowledgment of policy

By enrolling in a Centertainment Performing Arts program or purchasing tickets, families and patrons agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy exists to ensure fairness to all participants and audience members while allowing our organization to operate responsibly and consistently.
